About The Position

The Patient Access Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Patient Access Center at White Plains Hospital. Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience, including one year of management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Call Center setting.
• Basic Medical Terminology knowledge required.
• Experience with Electronic Scheduling and Electronic Medical Records.

• Oversee office supply inventory and ensure proper opening and closing of offices.
• Support patient experience initiatives and address customer service issues.
• Ensure staff participation in patient care team activities and meetings.
• Train and evaluate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
