About The Position

Is responsible for the overall management of daily patient registration and patient scheduling in the hospital and all rural health clinic locations. Will take responsibility for staff selection, training, development and completing performance evaluations. This position must work collaboratively with all staff and maintain open communication with all departments in support of the patient’s experience promoting excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 2 Year Associates Degree or 4 years experience in related field
• Must be able to produce and complete accurate work.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work well under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Management/Supervisory skills are preferred.
