About The Position
Flowers Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Manager for Admissions to join our team in Dothan, AL. This full-time, permanent position is crucial for ensuring that our patient access processes are executed efficiently and accurately. The Patient Access Manager will work under the supervision of the Patient Access Director and will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Emergency Department (ED) and Outpatient Patient Access Staff. This role is vital in enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing workflows while supporting the financial objectives of the hospital. In this position, the Patient Access Manager will oversee daily operations, including staffing and performance management. The manager will ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in patient access. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient access, particularly in emergency and outpatient settings, and will be committed to fostering a culture of care and connection within the hospital environment.
