Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of customer service or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and schedule appointments
  • Register patients and maintain accurate records
  • Review and collect financial responsibility
  • Update EMR and communicate with providers
  • Balance cash drawers and daily logs
  • Support staffing, training, and process improvements
