This position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments in a call center environment. After 4-6 months of training, employee will be able to work in a hybrid/remote position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient access and registration or call center 2-3 years preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
