About The Position

The Director, Patient Access Market is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for Patient Access across multiple hospitals. This role ensures operational excellence, meeting all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), financial goals, and process standards. The position manages approximately 5 hospitals and 200 FTEs, driving performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute business processes to achieve SLAs and supporting metrics at each hospital.
• Monitor cycle time, productivity, and work product accuracy, including quality metrics.
• Collaborate with direct reports to implement operational plans and achieve goals.
• Support hospital budget development and manage human resource utilization.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements to ensure positive EBIT performance.
• Communicate hospital-specific initiatives to regional leadership and manage change effectively.
• Provide operational support to other hospitals as needed.
• Ensure adherence to standardized processes and foster collaborative relationships across business units.
• Supervise interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
