We are looking to hire a Patient Access Representative Coordinator to lead a team focused on delivering stellar customer service and operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating schedules, supporting new provider onboarding, and ensuring quality assurance in patient access functions.

  • Lead and support the Patient Access team through onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Optimize workflows to improve staff efficiency and system use
  • Develop schedules for new providers and make changes for existing provider schedules
  • Maintain absence schedules and manage time-off requests from direct reports
  • Act as a resource for staff questions and maintain regular communication to support professional growth
  • 1-2 years of college or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or patient-facing administrative role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and stepping in as a float when needed
