About The Position
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator for the Neurology department in the St. Matthews area. This is a full-time position on the first shift. The role involves registering patients accurately and timely, directing inquiries, verifying insurance eligibility, and ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations. The coordinator will also handle patient collections, pre-register patients, and maintain patient visit information. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as the coordinator will interact with patients, staff, and physicians. Continuous training and education are required to maintain high service levels.
