This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: The Patient Access Coordinator II position performs all the day-to-day functions of a PAC I, but has the additional tasks of managing more complex insurance situations, engaging in more complex patient/family education and troubleshooting. The PAC II acts as a resource for new hires and PAC I's.
