The role of the Patient Access Coordinator is an essential part of the patient's pre-experience. The primary function of this role is to collect accurate patient information, coordinate patient encounters and provide patient support services to ensure that each patient and family encounter is positive, professional, and efficient. The Patient Access Coordinator I supports these foundational patient and family access duties.
