About The Position

Responsible for facilitating patient registration, including identification, demographic collection, financial verification, and compliance documentation. Handles co-pay collection, cash reconciliation, and emergency patient arrivals while coordinating with departments for smooth patient flow. Manages incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and ensures excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in computer use required
  • associate degree or certification in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred
