Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and communicate in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records
  • Support scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Partner with clinical teams to keep the patient experience seamless
