About The Position
The Patient Access Associate 2 at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely processing of patient inquiries. This role involves maintaining knowledge of insurance requirements, pricing, financial assistance options, and overall revenue cycle operations. The associate will also support departmental initiatives, assist in onboarding and training team members, and participate in committees to enhance service excellence in patient care.
