About The Position
The Pathways Student Intern (Finance Specialist) position is a developmental internship within the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the Department of Transportation (DOT). This role is designed for students who are currently enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in a qualifying educational institution. The intern will support the Florida Division's finance program, ensuring accountability of federal funds and contributing to the delivery of the Federal-aid highway program. The internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and public service while working part-time or full-time during the summer.
