The position is responsible for the direction and management of hospital processes related to acquiring and maintaining Magnet Designation and/or Pathway to Excellence (PTE) Designation, in accordance with ANCC guidance. This role involves assessing hospital readiness, planning and implementing essential programs, and advising leadership to ensure compliance and success in nursing performance excellence. Additionally, the position entails the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation and overseeing the renewal process for designations.
