About The Position

The Pathway Navigator promotes the FREE tuition assistance programs for noncredit short-term training certificates. The Pathway Navigator assists with participants' experiences and outcomes. As well, the Pathway Navigator establishes and maintains positive relationships with colleagues, staff, and faculty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
• Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manages all student interaction including recruitment, intake, assessment, and wrap around services
• Collects,maintains, and records all participant and program data
• Instructs employability skills to students enrolled in E2E programs and community partnerships
• Assists with marketing and outreach events with internal departments and community partnerships
• Implements state and federal mandated programs and departmental polices.
• Participates as an active member of the Adult Education team during meetings and provides timely feedback when requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
