The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking qualified medical educators to join our Pathology faculty at our Elmira, NY, campus. We are looking for dedicated, innovative individuals who aspire to work collaboratively with our faculty to produce the next generation of osteopathic physicians. Our mission is focused on excellence in education, research, clinical care, and service. Minimum requirements include a terminal degree (D.O., M.D., Ph.D.) and demonstrated interest in teaching medical students. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in a medical curriculum. Faculty rank and salary are dependent upon qualifications and experience. JOB SUMMARY: Pathology Faculty members are required to serve as educators in Pathology, facilitate Problem Based Learning (PBL), advise Osteopathic medical students, interview medical school applicants, and contribute to the mission of the college through research and service. The successful candidate is knowledgeable and qualified to teach Pathology at a medical college level.
