Work without immediate supervision when performing professional duties associated with the preparation, performance and completion of examination and/or preparations of surgical pathology specimens.

Requirements

Qualified to perform high complexity testing per CLIA-88 regulations.
Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from a NAACLS accredited institution.

Nice To Haves

Baccalaureate degree in biology (or biological sciences) preferred.
Completion of a NAACLS accredited pathologists' asst. program preferred.
American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or eligible preferred.
