Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
- Excellent law school credentials
- 3+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and software -related technologies.
- Eligibility to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong academic credentials, writing ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience includes patent prosecution in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or FinTech.
