About The Position

Launch Legends, together with its subsidiary Legendary IP LLC, is seeking a Patent Paralegal to support our attorney through preparation, filing, and prosecution of Autheo’s ~200 patents. This role ensures filings are compliant, complete, timely, and organized for global protection.

Requirements

• 3–10 years experience as a patent paralegal.
• Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities.
• Excellent document management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications.
• Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO.
• Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials.
• Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules.
• Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation.
