Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience with managing written discovery and brief writing.
• Substantial deposition experience.
• Ideally, some trial experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible.
• Admitted to practice in New York.

• Prior experience at a national law firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of patent litigation including written discovery and brief writing.
• Conduct substantial depositions and ideally participate in trials.
• Work collaboratively with clients and team members on various patent litigation matters.
