About The Position

A leading international IP practice is seeking a Patent Counsel with strong patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering and advanced technologies. This is a high -level role working directly with innovative clients across cutting -edge industries.

Requirements

Electrical Engineering (or related) degree
2+ years of patent prosecution experience
USPTO registration (or eligible)
Strong academic credentials and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or NLP
Client -facing or portfolio management experience

Responsibilities

Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
Advise on patent strategy, portfolio development, and protection
Conduct patentability and freedom -to -operate analyses
Work directly with inventors and in -house counsel
