Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecution experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality patents in complex technologies.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• State bar and USPTO bar for Patent Attorney; USPTO bar for Patent Agent.

Nice To Haves

• Strong expertise in kinematics, robotics, and related electro-mechanical engineering technologies.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Willingness to pass the USPTO bar for Patent Agent Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patents for domestic and foreign clients.
• Provide patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions.
• Support portfolio strategy and management.
• Conduct due diligence and litigation support.
• Address Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues.
