Requirements

• Experience with patent drafting and prosecution
• Skills to work on matters in most areas of Biotechnology and related life sciences
• Ph.D. in Biotechnology or related discipline
• Registration with the USPTO
• Work experience with pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or general life science patent matters
• Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic credentials in technical and legal areas
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to at least one state bar
