This position is focused exclusively on technology prosecution matters, and candidates can work from either the Washington, D.C. or New York office. The ideal candidate will be a registered patent agent with examining experience at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) or patent drafting experience in a law firm setting. This role offers an opportunity to leverage deep technical knowledge in patent prosecution, making it an excellent fit for those with undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering. The firm has a strong preference for candidates who have previous experience as a patent examiner, and industry experience is considered a plus. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and sharp analytical abilities.
