Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software/Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with software emphasis (advanced technical degrees are a plus).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Network Management, Mobile Communications, Cloud Computing and/or related technologies.
• Experience as a Patent Agent on work related to drafting/prosecuting patent applications relating to computer science/engineering, in technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and large language models is preferred.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Candidates who would fall under technical specialist and work to obtain a Patent Agent registration are welcomed to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves
