Requirements

• Prior experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science (or the equivalent) and USPTO registration are required.
• Skills and knowledge related to preparing patent applications for submission to the USPTO and responding to office actions from the USPTO and other patent offices.
• A programming background or a working understanding of software coding, with a preference for experience with artificial intelligence.
• Strong academic records, developed analytical skills, and impressive communication abilities.
• A detail-oriented approach, the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice, a collaborative outlook, and confidence.
