As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care. 💛 What You’ll Do Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy. Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care. Complete patient registrations following established guidelines. Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error‑free accounts. Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast‑moving environment. Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently. Provide age‑appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve. 🎓 What You Bring High School Diploma, GED, or HSED. At least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting. A calm, positive presence even on busy days.
