Our Pastry Driver plays a vital role in ensuring that our desserts arrive fresh, flawless, and on time to our Halls properties across South Carolina. This position requires a good driving record and a minimum of 5+ years of professional driving or delivery experience, as you will be trusted with transporting delicate, high-quality products that represent our brand. You will be the final touchpoint between our pastry team and our restaurants — a role that demands care, reliability, and a genuine sense of hospitality. Weekly Delivery Schedule : Tuesday & Friday Rita’s Halls Charleston Halls Nexton Halls Columbia Halls Greenville Thursday Halls Charleston Halls Nexton Saturday Rita’s Halls Charleston Halls Nexton Your mission: Drive desserts to each property with precision, professionalism, and pride. Who You Are You are a steady, trustworthy presence — someone who understands that timeliness and care directly impact the guest experience. You value organization, communicate clearly, and remain calm under pressure. You take ownership of your route, your vehicle, and the quality of the products you deliver. Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional driving or delivery experience
- A consistently good driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 lbs
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to stand, walk, load/unload, and drive for extended periods
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food-safety knowledge (training available)
- A good driving record is required for insurance and safety compliance
- At least 5+ years of experience ensuring safe, reliable transportation in a professional setting
