The resort’s pastry and baking program supports multiple outlets including fine dining, banquets, specialty cafés, and in-room dining, delivering high-quality desserts, breads, and specialty items across the property. The Pastry Sous Chef plays a key leadership role in executing the resort’s pastry vision and maintaining consistency across all culinary outlets. Job Summary The Pastry Sous Chef – Full-Time supports the Executive Pastry Chef in overseeing daily pastry operations, production, and service execution across the resort. This role ensures all pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods meet Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. The Pastry Sous Chef leads the pastry team during production and service, supports menu development, and ensures efficient operations across multiple outlets and events. Job Specifications Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000/year.
