The Pastry Lead for Roastery & Reserve Kitchens will have the exciting opportunity to spend early mornings ensuring high-quality products leave our kitchens for our Roastery & Reserve locations. This leader will work alongside their chef manager to ensure consistency in quality standards and work to create an industry-leading kitchen environment and culture for our Starbucks partners. The candidate for this role must have an unwavering focus on food production and quality. They will work alongside our chef manager to lead a team of partners, assisting with the preparation of pastries and baked goods, providing coaching and recognition throughout each shift. This candidate will support inventory management, training, labor management, and equipment maintenance as needed within the kitchen.
