Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working as a pastry cook in multi-faceted food service facilities and venues, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs
• Demonstrated experience with plated dessert preparation, presentation, and innovation
• Experience in creating a wide variety of desserts and pastries, with a focus on creativity and an unwavering commitment to exceptional flavor
