They should have a strong understanding of pastry techniques, be detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistency in both flavor and presentation. The candidate must be comfortable working collaboratively with the kitchen team, managing time efficiently, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization. What will I be doing? As a Pastry Cook, you would be responsible for all dessert plating as well as preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for Signature Restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
