An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and creative Pastry Cook to join a prestigious and private members' club located in Washington, DC servicing UHNW clientele. The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the culinary team, with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience. Position Overview The Pastry Cook will be responsible to plan, prep, set-up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards, recipes, and plating guide specifications. They will maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, in addition to preparing menu items at their assigned station, ensuring food quality that meets the high standards expected of the club. May be assigned to Restaurant kitchen (AM or PM).
