About The Position

Come join the Black Butte Ranch culinary team! We have an immediate opening for a full time Pastry Cook at The Lodge. If you're passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience and love working as part of a team, we want to hear from you! The Pastry Cook works at the direction of the Pastry Chef and is responsible for producing high quality pastry items, maintaining a safe work environment, following proper HAACP procedures, helping others on the culinary team and promoting a positive and professional culture throughout the F&B division.

Requirements

  • at least one year of experience working in commercial kitchen operations – or a culinary degree
  • a valid OR food handler’s permit and ServSafe certification
  • able to work independently and as part of a team
  • solid understanding of safe food handling procedures
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
