This individual brings a minimum of one year of hands-on pastry experience or a degree in pastry arts, along with a solid understanding of fundamental pastry skills and production techniques. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment supporting dessert and pastry production across all dining outlets on the property, including SweetFire Kitchen, Primero Cantina, Grille 254, and Banquets. They will have a flexible schedule, demonstrating reliability and consistency while working collaboratively with the broader culinary team.
