The Lake House is an award-winning hotel offering unique luxury experiences in the Finger Lakes region. In addition to guest rooms, they have multiple restaurants on site, The Willowbrook Spa, breathtaking event spaces, and an incredible view of Canandaigua Lake. They are seeking positive, motivated, and hardworking individuals to help them take the Baking and Pastry Programs to new heights. The Pastry Cook position is primarily responsible for the preparation of high-quality meals in accordance with standards, menu specifications and production schedules. This role will work closely with the Executive Pastry Chef, focusing on dessert production for their two highly rated restaurants, weddings and events, and will also have the opportunity to produce scratch made breads and pastries. The right candidate for this role is an experienced kitchen leader with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve, and multitask while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
