This is a full time position with 1st shift hours starting at 6AM EST. Weekend availability required. SUMMARY The pastry cook measures and mixes ingredients such as flour, flavorings, and fruit to create pastries. Pastry cooks cut and decorate pastries and tortes with icing designs using various tools. They continuously work to create new designs and recipes. Pastry cooks are held to a very high standard to ensure the maintenance of high quality products. Employee will be responsible for cleaning/sanitizing the shop their work stations, and equipment.
