Italian-inspired with a Houston spirit, Hypsi will launch with dinner service and expand into breakfast and lunch soon after. The menu will spotlight a robust pasta program and elegant yet approachable entrées. A signature roaming mozzarella cart will serve hand-pulled cheeses with curated add-ons like pickled vegetables, aged vinegars, and cold-pressed olive oil. We are now looking to grow our team and are seeking dynamic individuals who will capture the very essence of this culinary destination and join our team as a Pastry Cook. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking and pastry arts, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and plating a variety of Italian-style breads, cakes, cookies, gelati, and other desserts, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
