About The Position

Requirements

  • Prior pastry culinary experience or a culinary school degree.
  • Knowledge of basic cake decorating techniques.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities and technical pastry skills.
  • Necessary State Food Handler’s License.

  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Creativity in dessert presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and decorate pastries and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in running banquet events and reading Banquet Event Reports.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
