Under the direction of the Pastry Chef, assists in the preparation of cakes, cookies, pies, puddings or desserts according to recipes. Duties also include, but are not limited to, maintaining Bake Shop in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with local and state health department codes and maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where safety, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
