About The Position

A Pastry Cook II is responsible for producing, maintaining, setting up food and quality control of all required baked goods. Assisting in the production of bakery and pastry items including but not limited to bread, breakfast pastries, desserts, cakes and cookies for banquets, brunch and outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and ensuring production requirements are met for all aspects of banquet, outlet desserts, breads and breakfast pastries
  • Monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality
  • Keeps all refrigeration equipment, storage and working areas clean and clutter free, complying with Health Department regulations
  • Reads and employs math skills to follow recipes

Benefits

  • Hourly rate is $19.72/hr to $23.20/hr based on applicable and specialized experience and location
