As a member of the pastry team, the position of Culinary I - Chocolatier is lead culinarian position. This position has the responsibility of assisting in preparing chocolates and pastries within Café Julies according to the menu and recipe specifications. Individuals will be responsible for upholding the standards regarding safety, sanitation, product freshness, and overall product execution. Individuals will be expected to follow standardized recipes and to assist with all production. Work to assist the Chefs as necessary in planning and execution of specialty chocolates and pastries for Café Julies while following the overall direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and production.
