About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section for both Milano and Josie's Table. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and desserts, highly organized, and capable of producing high-quality pastries consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairings, and food safety regulations.
  • Creative flair with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Culinary degree or professional pastry training

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
  • Innovate and develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menus.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and train junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants.
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
  • Coordinate with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
