Pastry Chef, sought at our historic, possibly haunted, Forepaugh's restaurant. Responsible for preparing a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries and sweet goods. The role requires the ability to follow recipes to create pastries and baked goods, testing new recipes, and working well with a talented team of chefs. The chef will keep stock of the kitchen's inventory and must be able to produce a high volume of products. Punctuality is essential, and maintaining an assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition is required. The chef must also maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with the department dress code, along with other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
