Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker, with specific expertise in kringle preparation preferred.
Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and decorating skills.
Creativity and passion for developing unique and high-quality pastry products.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations in a commercial kitchen.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ordering as necessary.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production schedules and fulfill special orders.
Stay informed on pastry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills and product offerings.
