As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of a designated section within the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food production. You will deliver the highest levels of quality and precision, preparing dishes in line with recipes and standards while maintaining hygiene and cost control. Additionally, you will act as a role model and mentor to junior members in the kitchen brigade, guiding and supporting them in their development. The Pastry kitchen of the Conservatorium hotel in Amsterdam is responsible for all sweet and savory items for guests, working closely with Taiko Cuisine, BARBOUNIA restaurant, In Room Dining, and Banqueting. Under the supervision of the Executive Pastry Chef, you will have the freedom to experiment with new flavors and combinations to elevate the luxury experience.
