About The Position

SusieCakes is looking for a FT Pastry Baker for our Fort Worth location. We offer a great base pay, select benefits, and growth potential within our company. All candidates must be able to work weekends and have availability to work evening shifts.

Requirements

• One year of previous culinary experience or pastry-baking experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front of house & back of house)
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage production and prepare a wide variety of standard and custom baked goods according to recipes
• Mix, bake, build, decorate, and inscribe products in an efficient manner as applicable
• Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment
