About The Position
Pastry baker in our scratch commercial pastry bakery will produce a high-quality products in a production environment.
Requirements
- Available to work 6pm - 2am and weekends
- Read and follow recipes in English
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Self-motivation / direction
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Bend, twist, and lift 50# repeatedly.
- Work safely around hot ovens
- Physical dexterity to cut, shape and decorate
Nice To Haves
- Commercial pastry baking experience
- Multilingual a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
