About The Position

Sand Lake Baptist Church is seeking a part-time/bivocational pastor to lead the church in revitalization efforts in Anchorage, Alaska. The church, which has faced challenges due to COVID-19, is looking for a younger leader to help grow the congregation and restore its previous vibrancy.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from Bible College
• Must meet the qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9

Responsibilities

• Preach the Word of God
• Administer the Lord's Supper
• Perform baptisms
• Provide counsel as needed
• Shepherd the flock by feeding, leading, and setting an example
